President Obama Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge

The Associated Students Community Affairs Board (CAB) on behalf of UCSB is taking on a year long challenge that President Obama has created called the Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge. This challenge is to organize different religious organizations and interfaith groups and have them unite and volunteer their time to complete community service projects. The goal of this challenge is to show the greater UCSB community that different religious organizations can unite under a common goal and help our community. At the end of the year we will compile our documentations and submit it to possibly be chosen to come to the White House and be recognized for the service and awareness we brought to our community.

If you would like to participate please e-mail us at cab.ucsb@gmail.com. We are really excited about this opportunity! It was one of the 240 applications chosen out of 500! With your help we can change our community!
